A collection of 18th Century colonial furniture assembled by the client and the designer set the stage for the interiors of this American country house. The well known Dufour wallpaper mural in the Dining Room, entitled "Scenes from America", was especially fitting as a background to classic pieces such as the Dutch-style brass chandelier and antique drop-leaf secretary.
