A vast Tribeca loft was transformed into a comfortable modern home to suit the needs of a young family. The industrial style is comprised of primarily bespoke furnishings, such as the zippered-felt Living Room area rug, and is accented with vintage finds including a massive dining table and schoolhouse chairs. Walls were left clean and white to showcase the owner’s personal art collection, while floor-to-ceiling zinc-covered shelves were designed to house an immense accumulation of books.
